Jiraporn Hill Resort Patong, Patong

My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While I loved the spacious and clean rooms, the overall service left much to be desired, especially at the reception. The location was convenient with shops nearby, but the dining options, particularly breakfast, were disappointing. The pool needed more maintenance and there were noise issues from other guests. Overall, it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

My stay was far from ideal at this hotel. I encountered rude service at check-in and a lack of basic facilities, including poor Wi-Fi access and dirty room conditions. Despite the issues, I did find some redeeming factors, such as one friendly staff member during breakfast and the spaciousness of the rooms.

I found this hotel to be a budget-friendly option with clean, spacious rooms and very helpful staff, which I appreciated. However, the experience has its downsides, especially regarding Wi-Fi issues and inconsistent breakfast quality. The hotel is a bit removed from the resort area, making it necessary to take a taxi back from the beach, but I did enjoy my stay overall.

I had a fantastic stay at the resort! The room I was in was spacious and clean, complete with a TV, fridge, and kettle, making it feel very comfortable. The staff were incredibly attentive and always had a smile on their faces. The location on the hill provided beautiful views of Patong, although it was a bit far from the main action. Overall, it’s a great value for money with a few minor inconveniences.
